Return and Refund

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request the return. We can't accept any return request beyond 30 days from the delivery date. There will be 15% re-stocking fee for returned products. We will issue 85% refund after you return the product back to us. However, the returned product must be in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

In the event that the product is defective/ broken upon arrival, we will send out replacement 100% free of charge.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
