We offer a Risk-free 30-day warranty. If you aren't in love with your purchase or it doesn't fit, just let us know within 30 days of delivery, and you'll receive a STRESS-FREE Refund or Exchange. 

OUR WARRANTY POLICY

Skinbae and Beyond LLC ("we" or "us") warrants that the Products you purchase from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). This Limited Warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

What is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Products.

What is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of the Product;
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, or unauthorized modification;
• Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance;
• Damage caused by use with incompatible products or accessories;
• Damage caused by acts of God, such as fire, flood, or earthquake;
• Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents;
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Warranty Service

To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the Warranty Period at support@skinbaeandbeyond.com. You will be required to provide a copy of your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may also require you to return the Product to us for inspection.

If we determine that the Product is covered under this Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the Product, at our sole discretion. We will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product to you.
