Question: How do I return or exchange an item? 

Answer: Our return policy lasts 14 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 14 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

Question: What are your shipping options?

Answer: We currently offer two shipping options. Free Shipping and Priority Tracked Shipping.

Question: What if the item arrives broken or damaged?
